These terms apply when you use haveitforbreakfast.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using this site
You may read, watch and share links to this site for personal and professional purposes. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping, no sending spam or harmful code through the form, and no use that breaks the law or other people's rights.
Ownership and copyright
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, photographs, video, audio, artwork and code on this site are © Yann Caloghiris, and the Have It For Breakfast name and logo are mine. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link. For anything more, including reuse of images, clips or the logo, ask me first.
Some material is made with AI tools; see How I use AI. I claim rights in the human-authored parts and in the selection, arrangement and editing of all material. Guests own their own words and likenesses; episode content is used with their permission. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Brand and company names, including those of clients and events, belong to their owners. Mentioning them shows work I've done or places I've spoken; it doesn't mean they endorse this site, the podcast or me.
AI training and data mining
I reserve all rights to the content of this site against text and data mining, including use to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790 and any similar law elsewhere. This reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form on each page. Search engines may index the site for search results. Any other automated collection needs my written permission.
Views and advice
The opinions here are mine. They don't represent Left Field Labs, Stagwell, or any client, partner or event, and they aren't endorsed by them. Content on this site, in the podcast and in the AI-native test is for general information and discussion. It isn't legal, financial, investment, career, technical or other professional advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. Statistics and examples are accurate to the best of my knowledge when published and may change; I link to sources where I can.
Guests, clients and testimonials
Guests' views are their own and don't necessarily reflect mine. Testimonials are real, quoted with permission, and given without payment. Results described for past projects came from specific teams and circumstances and are no promise of the same results for anyone else.
Bookings
Sending an inquiry doesn't create an agreement. A talk, appearance or project is confirmed only by a written agreement or a confirmation from me or my representative, which then sets the fee, deliverables and conditions.
Other sites
Links to YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify, Substack, news sources and other sites are for convenience. I don't control those sites and am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Copyright and other complaints
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, trademark, image rights or privacy, email yann@forbreakfast.club with: your contact details; the work or right involved; the address of the page and a description of the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. I'll review it promptly and remove or correct the material where the claim is valid.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. My total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes and contact
I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: yann@forbreakfast.club.
